For many years I've been a keen student of self-improvement and personal development and have read countless books, listened to many audio programs, and tried many other self growth products.

The sheer amount of personal development information available online offers great choice, but makes it hard to know which way to look. For a newcomer to self improvement, unfamiliar with any of the well known industry figures, this makes it very difficult to know where to begin. It may be easier for people with a long-standing interest in the subject, but it’s still difficult.

This is the reason I started Self-Improvement Directory. My intention is to provide a valuable resource, offering impartial advice, for people who want to make positive changes to their lives. I want to make it easier for people to find the self improvement options that best suit their needs.
